Re:- Charger replacement of Nokia N-70
I was shocked to see the poor quality of service meted out to me, despite the known popluarity of nokia
brand. Till the time i bought the N70, i was of the view nokia is an international brand and buying a product
from tem would not pose any bigger problem if any thing goes wrong. That was proved wrong, when i found my N70
charger was not working just 3 months after i bought the set. I have been trying to get the replacement for the
last one week but to no avail. Whenever i go there (HCL INFINET LTD, NOKIA PROFESSIONAL CENTRE, shop, no5,
AARTHI CHAMBER, ANNA SALAI), i get some lame excuses that either that particular person is not available or system
is down. You wouldn't believe that the system to log the customer queries is not working since yesterday. At least
that was the reason i was told by when i asked them to get my charger replaced. I'm still waiting to get my
query logged in to the support system.i suspect will this we looked upon, before my warranty time expires.
Please do the needful.
