Nokia n81 8gb
Delay in service no response from the company

I am using Nokia N81 8 gb mobile. I have submitted it with nokia care on 18 oct and since then i have visited 6 times to there service centre but they are not responding to us.

Even the job sheet no#1500305874 has been changed due poor fit (Gap between up key pad and display & scraches on keys when slide use) after servicing...

please help me with this...
