I have purchesed n85 in march the set was working slow, i visited at customer care centre mandi (hp) they formeted the set in july and again on7/08 they were unable to load full software, it was told by the care centre that the new version is not available so that the installed software without engage software, i am also a dealer of nokia phone, & also press reporter of dainik bhaskar, the care center is 90 k.m from my town so that i am not able to visit again and again, kindly tell me that what should i do
