Nokia/nokia 6233
Complaint for not giving back my nokia 6233 phone back

Espected sir,

i mohd haroon bought nokia 6233 cell phone from saara shoppee 519/4, sayba palace, new mill road, kurla (w), mumbai-400070.dated 02-04.at Rs.11000, reciept no is.42.and IMEI no is 354827025152842.

after purchasing I found problem that it does not accept memory card so I contected Brightpoint india pvt. Ltd. Phoenix Mills Compound, 3rd Floor"C" wing, 462, senapati bapat marg, lower parel, mumbai-400013. which is a authorised service centre of nokia.and after taking my cell phone they told me to come after couple of days but after two days they told me it would not be repaired.

and when I asked my cell phone back tey gave me in exchange nokia 5310 without charger and box.which is of lower price as compare to nokia 6233.and when I insisted on for my nokia 6233 cell phone back their behaviour was so rude.and they are neither ready to give back my cell phone nor ready to refund my money.and they are forcing me to accept nokia 5310 cell phone instead of nokia 6233 cel phone.
