Dear Sir,
We had given a Nokia mobile model no. 5610 to your Nokia Care on 21st June wide job sheet no. 1300135626. At that time we were told it need one week for repair. After up a lot in first week of July, I was informed by the executive in Nokia Care that my phone can’t be repair and the company will give me a new handset, which might be two to three days. On 10th of July we received a massage from HCL that our mobile is ready and we should pick it up from the Nokia Care. When we went to the Nokia Care, I found that the body of my mobile was damaged. When I asked the reason I was told that the body of my mobile has been scrapped as Nokia. Don’t keep old bodies and this is a replaced body and ironically it was having lots of scratches on it. Since, than I am just Following up with Nokia Care but till now I haven’t receive my repair or new handset. It is newly one and half month that I have following up this matter and seems like till the customer does not care for customer. If I don’t receive my phone within this week, I shall be let with no choice but to go to consumer forum to get back my phone as well as damages from your company. I hope your will not ignore this matter and take necessary actions.
