Not received passport after 1 month (tatkal application)

Dear sir/madam I m Ghan shyam Bera from merta city dist. nagaur and i have applied for tatkal passport on 2nd february but till now i didnt get the same. its very urgent because i m going to UK for my study and its pending just because of passport. Please help me and tell me y it is not dispatching
