Failure of delivery by Speed Post

Dear Sir,

PF Office, Bangalore posted a very important Document to me by EMS Speed Post on 03-04 from Bangalore to Deesa (Gujarat). Unfortunately it has not reached the destined location yet. When i am checking the status through Speed Post web site (http://www.indiapost.gov.in/Speednew/track.aspx) its showing a message of "No data available at present".

My Tracking number is EK331840326IN.

Please Help me regarding this
