No Objection Certificate from Co-operative Housing Society

I have rented my shop space to ICICI Bank ATM on lease basis.

ICICI Bank is asking for NOC from our society.

I am a member of society.

After requesting for @ 3 months, chairman is not giving NOC & he is also not saying 'NO' also.

Somebody Plz advise what to do?
