Delay of train running from barauni to gorakhpu

Dear sir/ madam

There is lot of problem arising from barauni to gorakhpur lines, trains stoped due to signal for 1 and 2 hours, trains just start there is chain pulling, numerous chain pulling occurs in this route, guards and securities do not take any actions from a long time, Patna and gaya route is fast, it takes 24 hours from howrah to gorakhpur, Bagh express always makes late due to signal clearance and chain pulling we cannot reach home at proper times.

Another suggestion is that kindly make available a train in night whose station may be on junction only, because people can take train after doing their days duty and can reach ther place on morning or day times
