Extra money charged for mineral wate

i recently visited Not Just Paranthas in rajourie garden, new delhi. i ordered mineral water. at the time of paying the bill, they asked me to pay Rs.40, however as per the MRP of the kinley water bottle was only Rs.13. i have the bill. when i retaliated & told them its illegal, they said its their company policy, & i can complain it to anyone...
