Re-imbursement

Sir,

I am not receiving re-imbursement till date.i was fill up re-imbursement form last year for B.Com IIyr. i received this funds for Iyr & IIyr. But, i am not find name list for IIyr. So, is there any wrong about this funds? or are you reject me? i will be gladful if my query is solved..
