Change of Father name and Adress

Dear Sir,

I had mentioned clearly my father name in the application but in the ID card it is mentioned wrong.

And also i had given the correct adreess proos but the adress which is mentioned in the voter ID is Wrong.

I again applied for correction on August but till today it is not corrected.

How come i use that Voter ID card which contains wrong father name and adress.

I went to the issueing authority several times but no use.

What shall i do.
