I m son of one of the labour working in NRC company. I m glad to got this platform to say something about this company particularly.
My father is working in this company since 32 years.he has spent his whole career here. Now this company has been locked out with the complete known neglction to the prior notice by court for stay order. This is the shameless thing done by these all shameless people. He has to get retired without a single penny..
This is for all people...
Company has stop giveing payments properly since 2005.Since one & half year they have not even payed the PF.No salaries no facilities, they are hanging people like anything. In this the best earner unions (which are suppose to be by side of worker) playing a good role in taking money from management & warming up their >>>>Workers are helpless.
I remember all the political parties used to come & stand for the meeting giving all fake commitments whatever they can only to earn some votes, they played with all their strength with workers mind emotions... BUT ALL WAS GETTING NULLIFY AFTER the Elections..I THINK ONE THE BEST OPTION FOR THIS IS THAT PEOPLE FROM THIS PARTICULAR AREA SHOULD BAN THE ELECTIONS ONLY.FOR WHAT THEY SHOULD VOTE... FOR GETTING ALL THIS NONSENSE ON THEIR FACES.. IN FRONT OF THEIR KIDS...
Company Mangement said that they will never closed down the company but after 9 years (this problem has stared after year 2000 now its the end of year 2009) they came to kanow they are in big lossssss...
They sold their property where the workers are staying since many years (company quarters)..they received some amount of money but not a single penny is been paid to worker.what happened to that money no body has answered or asked & havent got the answer...
Today you can see thw sitiuation of all people.. some of them dont have food to eat more than two days..what their kids should DO??? how they suppose to study ahead??? is mangement helpful enough??? all political parties those who said many big things are they answering??? When this question is going to be resolve??? when authorised people are going to take some action against it???
Can someone answer??? y all this people should come under the darkk??? Atleast if they will get money they can start with their small business or plan out some thing for their kid...
We request u to atleast do something for this issue coz we are helpless people...
