Rude Behaviour of Bank Management

I have an NRE a/c with canara bank, Mattancherry, Kochi - 68 2002.

even after several requests the management not ready to send my statement of a/c by email. i complained to their head office in banglore, after the complaint i got the statment for two months. again they stopped sending statments. this is frustrating me.

when i sent to bank my relatives, to find out the reason for not sending the statement by email, the reply from the Manager was very rude.

kindly do the needful and get me my statments on monthly basis.
