3) Request to get a letter informing that I have valid a/c accounts with Canara Bank.
4) The most adamant/non co-operative bank manager I have encountered in business transactions. Has little knowlegde about customer's requirements; has an a irritating & denying attitiued to just state a letter that I have valid accounts. This letter had be produced to the Regional Passport Officer to get an up-dated passport for a Saudi job visa. Since my passport validity is only 04 (months) & five days; & Saudi Officials only process passport with minimum 06 (six) months validity.
On 15-09, around 11:15am when a request letter was handed over. The so called Manager (Ms. JASMINE.A.P), indicated that she & the Canara Bank-Chalakudy is very busy in up-dating for Core Banking (as if I am not aware about up dating to "Core Banking". Again today 16-09 around 13.15hrs, the so called Manager (Ms. JASMINE.A.P), indicated that she wants to know why want to apply for another passport when I already have a one passport. Even on explaning the requirement, the addamant attitude of this manager (JASMINE.A.P) smells a decay to the estemmed service of Canara Bank. It was disgusting experience, that makes the customer to terminate business with Canara Bank. I had very good interaction with previous managers of this branch. But this lady things that she is the only busiest person in the bank & "She will follow the letter of Law (bank)". Quote"I cannot give any letter unless she is clear of all the details". A jealous adamant attitude dipicted.
The letter expected is only one line letter" We hereby certify that Shri. T.J.Isidor has valid accounts in this Bank & his Account Numbers are 1) AXXXX00022200 2) BXXXX00033300".
If the manger cannot give a one line letter to help a person's future, surely indicates the wretched adamant attitude.
