Provident Fund not processed

Dear Sir,

I was working for A company called Orion Dialog. This company was acquired by AegisBPO Services after 6 months of my services in Orion. We were given the transfer of service letter by new company. When I resigned from the company and filled the PF form after four months from resignation. HR Execs told me that they will process the document and sent it to the PF Office after verification. So I left the PF form with them.

But even after 1 year they are not telling the status. All the employee who had resigned during that period arre also facing the same problem. Even I was not given the PF No.by the company. Plz help.
