In last 3 months i am trying to reissue my cheque but mangment is very bad

my name is ashok bhagat and my emp code : 1245676 and i have a problem with your management. i have worked with your organization (Aegis BPO services Gurgaon Limited plot no.6, sector-34, EHTP Gurgaon-12 Haryana, India) since April to Nov and after that i have left it due to personal reason but my last salary have not came so i visited to your organization so in that time he said that your salary will come after 3 months but after 3 month i had not gone there due to in that time i was ill. so after 6 months my cheque have expired and in last 3 months i am trying to reissue my cheque and 4 and 5 time i have visited your company but my problem not resolving and i have already called to Yogesh for 30 times but he is also unable to resolve my problem.kindly request you plz resolve my problem asap.
