Hi,

My Mobile Phone No. is 9910305652. Today I have received Bill amounting to Rs.1070/-, which according to me should be of Rs.948/-. The details are: Rental charges: Rs.699/-, Call Charges Rs.44/-, SMS Charges: rs.30.50, which SHOULD BE RS. 5.50/-, GPRS (Internet) : Rs.81.09, which comes to Rs.948 and I have no difficlty in paying it. But you have charges again monthly charges for rs.360/- and discount is given of Rs.262/-. First of all I would like to tell that no information or persmission was sought or given by me before charging it. This is the first time that you have charged this kind of money.

I by this notice call upon you to please rectify the same and inform you accordingly so as to enable me to make the payment.
