On 29th i hv booked a suit ac room and occupied at 16.00 with room numbere 201, Immediatly complained a about the AC which is not functioning properly and the rooom boy washed the filter and fitted again sayng it wll be ok .but still not worked and again i hv complained for change of room which they hv not cared. when we ordered for coffee they say no milk, next day when we ordered coffee at morning 6.30 coffee supplied at 8.00 with just after lapse of more thean 90 mts. why you peple keeping such costly hotel like that discouraging customers not to stay and denouncing ustomers who naturally want to stay comfortibly. kindly improve and tthey should charge for non ac when ac is not working. staff are not polite and workingl carelessly and habitutated for lazyness
