Dear sir, outgoing SMS system of my mobile no.-9431701911 is not working for the last one month. Despite giving comlain registered at customer care via docket no.-3302433 and 3375860 and reminding at least ten times, it is not corrected. all settings are o.k. as per customer care. They are helpless.
If such is the condition of BSNL of not taking care of NTPC ltd. company phone, we will have to think of.
