I face very poor response from Nutan Gas Service (tel no: 91 294 2583375/2583088) every time I try to do a cylinder booking. First of all their phone line is all the time busy. It seems like they keep the phone off the hook. And if you are lucky to make a booking which they promise will be delivered in a week's time doesn't happen for at least 25-30 days days. In fact if you don't follow up, they don't bother to deliver at all.
So first they donot booking before 25 days from the date of delivered the cylinder and after booking, they take another 25 days minimum, so total time for one cylinder is 50-60 days
