O2 customer service cannot justify 25 pence per minute... they just say it is "competitve". It cost me £4 every time I speak to my girl friend for 15 minutes... their response.. ask her to join 02... fat chance after such a hefty rip off!!! Other countries charge between 3p - 10p a minute why 25 pence.
