I had worked with Oberoi multimedia for 6 months but i have left the organisation because they were not paying salary on time but my 1 month salary & PF they have not given. Inspite of the regular follow up for payment they have neither paid my salary nor my PF.
whenever I call them up they are telling that your salary will not be paid and when I enquired in the
Pf office (Kandivali) I came to know that my company has deposited only to months PF of April & June whereas I was working there from April to October. I will be grateful to you if you kindly look in to this matter and help me.
