My courier with no. Z-94586596 has picked on Monday (13-jULY 09) after-noon from SHOP NO. 193, 1ST FLOOR, SEC-12 A ROAD, NEAR SHEETLA MATA MANDIR, RAJEEV NAGAR, GURGAON which needs to be delievered on 33, 34, 35, 3rd floor, Deepak Building, Nehru Place, New Delhi-19. and it has took 3 days to delivered only once i have visited to your office personaly. Mr. Vikas, I have committed by DTDC to always delivered our courier by next day in the morning but from the past 2 months i am unable get the courier on the given time-frame.
That was about the service issue.
And more-over when I, have visited to your nehru place branch office, i was adhoc by seen the couriers packet, your staff were doing the morning walk over the courier packets and when i have asked for the Offshoot courier the guy Mr. Ratan told me he is unable to find out the packet after the long searching. One more and last thing that while searching the courier they are directing to each other to find out the offshoot courier but no-one is taking reponsiblity for that and telling to each other that i am getting the salary of rs. 3500/- but Mr. Vikas i donnt think that they guys are utilising your money. Atlast i able to get my packet afetr the waiting of 45 min.

I would suggest you to pls get the surprise visit to your Nehru Place branch than you come to know about the entire scenario. HIGHLY UN-PROFFESIONAL AND PHATHETIC SERVICES
