O-general window a/c 1.5 tons
Qulaity not appropriate

Hello. with due respect we submit that last year 6th July we purchased one o-general a/c from Madaan electronics Ambala cantt for rs 28500 only. We asked for 1.5 tons a/c with reciprocating compressor. At first they gave us rotary compressor. Our a/c mechanics told us that it is not reciprocating, than we try to convince the dealer for the same and he again supplied us reciprocating compressor a/c after 7-10 days.

Now today 01-06 I called a/c mechanic for service, they opened it and found that it has old compressor fitted in it dated 2005 of Hyderabad India named takhamsah, i mean it is no o-general a/c, Indian compressor has been fitted in it to make if o-General reciprocating a/c and all internal parts are just tide up to work.

So I called Mr Madaan and explained why it is having Indian compressor in it, he said to talk to Area Manager Mr Raj kumar phone number 92158 42142.He is travelling so he asked me to call after 1.30 hrs. Mr madaan told me that he supplied what he gets, now the ball is in your court to decide who is right and wrong and ultimate is loss is ours for money and your reputation is also at stake.

Now the matter is that previously also we are not satisfied with the performance of a/c as cooling is less and now we understand why it is less, and it carries guarantee for 5 years, so we request for a genuine explanation and change of our a/c.

Mr madaan has also not issued us any bill for same a/c till today, but as he is known person to us, we purchased many articles from his Showroom so believed him now also, but a suspicion has roused in our mind and this must be solved with your kind support, we believe o-general will solve this matter and save you reputation also.
