Fraud and Mis commmitment By Centurion bank Of Punja

Hello all

Well I m very much new and the 1st time i m posting a complain .. against a bank (CENTURIAN BANK OF PUNJAB).. but before that i wanna know whom to refer and wt steps i should take to complain againt a bank whos Branch manager and a senior executive of the branch has Cheated me . wt can i do to punish them? whom to adress? who will help me regarding this? If anyone can kindly mail me the details so that i can do a legal proceedings and get justice to punish the cheaters .. who r still sitting in a gud designated place and cheating people... If i get a gud reply for my letter here ill surely write more abut the complain and detains
