i had booked & purchased the flats. in klawa 1997 (OM Gurukrupa developers & Builders Kalwa east thane 400605). but due to negligence of Builders (Mr. Dharm Katariya the whole & sole authority) till today not able to register the flat as well as the society also & now thane municipal corporation asking to the unauthorized constructions double the property tax amount.
so can i as well as society will get right direction from you the registration of the flat as well as society. We are ready to pay the fess for the same.
