Sub: Our Maurti Van is not proper running/Working
Dear Sir,
We like to inform you that, we purchased above Van from your Ambala City Showroom on dated 15.05.2007.
Our Van Omini 8. STR is not smoothly running on Road and below the difficulty we are facing :-
1. Play in straining
2. Tyre loosing too much (only Approximate 9000 KM running)
3. On Highway Van is bubbling too much.
4. Alignment is not proper
We have already given above complain to your above Ambala City service station but all in vain they told us that their alignment machine is not working you may do from outside, they are not doing proper services, only just the formalities.
Now pl. advise us our above Van is under warranty period, they people told us like this. It is not good for such a reputed co.
If any misshaping on the Road who will be responsible.
Pl. look into this matter urgently and take necessary action and replace the tyre’s etc.. or send any enginer check our Van properly.
