On Dot Courier and Cargo
No delivery of parcel and staff also not helpful

I had send a 1.5 kg courier to bangalore on 05.12.08 via consignment number 213800628 which is still lyng in their bangalore office n they say to collect the courier from their office on our own.

then whats the use of send the courier if one has to take pains to collect it...
