This is in regards to the courier sent from Hisar (Haryana) with Tracking # 114853148. My friend has sent a Mobile (Handset, Charger, Battery) with your courier services and all the details about the accesories were written over the envelope. He has paid Rs. 130.
When person came to deliver the Docket, it was in very bad condition almost all open and infact adress was also not visible. The cover of the courier was fully destroyed, and was in a simple polithene and Charger was missing. The courier person was forcing me to accept the delivery but I refused to accept. He was using very abusive behaviour. I have never experienced such a issue before with any courier service.
I request you to please do the needful. Many of my colleagues are telling me to push this matter in consumer court so I did.
