On dot courier
Not delivering the product

Hi.i sent a product through OnDot Courier (Bill No.309019662) to MADURAI from Jaipur on 31st Dec-09.But still this thing is not delivered at the destination and also they are not returning to me my product.when i called the customer care those people told me we don't have the status, but it was returned.so what can i do? how can i get my product back.this was really a bad experience with this company.i will never trust on this company.so, my request is kindly get back my product asap.
