The Ondot representative in the Margao, Goa branch called up my home two days ago and spoke to an elderly family member, telling her to ask me to pick up my documents (Pan card) from their office. She did not leave any contact number or address by which I could contact her.
On finding out about this, I have had to make inquiries in order to get details of the branch. My PAN Card is with their Margao, Goa branch, on calling them up and speaking to Mr. Gomes I was told to pick it up from their office, When I queried as to why I was being inconvenienced and called to their office to pick up a document that is supposed to be delivered by courier to my house, he threatened me saying that I should not talk too much otherwise he would send the pancard back to Bombay.
I am highly dissatisfied with their service, and would like to obtain my documents at the earliest. Kindly take the necessary action.
