I sent my son, s mobile nokia worth 11600 rs on bill in my name purchased from nokia care ambala only on dot people accepted thru open system, wide reciept no 8670317 as per their instructions seperate packing with open battery in transparent box including sim card and mobile cover, but due to negligence courier was not delivered and bombay people accepted that delivery boy had stolen the goods and delivery boy was sacked onthe same day .matter was brought in notice to origin site that is kurukshetra onsame day .seniors were contacted no of time but they only assured to look into matter but no concrete step was taken, till today i am waiting for their dicison where as, local on dot francise people r saying to file a case and serve the notice than only tyey will fall in line, iam asking only one question that what type of behavior is this .is legal battle or consumer forum is the only answer.once u accept ur mistake and than bahave like this and delay, attitude of co is unethical and forums should expose these type of companies and debarr them from doing buisness and cancll their licences
