Docket no 300982449, it was received by your delhi office on 09-07. your POD copy has that date.when i didnot received the parcel till 11-07-08 afternoon i contacted your delhi office no 011-45033306 and then talked to ms RAJNI on 9971095345 but every time i was told that delhi has not received the parcel you contact kala-amb office finally the parcel was delivered on 12-07-08 at 5.30 pm
who should be held responsible for the delay
