I had booked consignment c note# 314558368 through On Dot couriers franchise (head office at 8/42 Kirti Nagar Industrial area New Delhi 110015) on 23rd Sept for a packet to be delivered to Greater Noida.
The packet had still not reached the consignee even as on 3rd Oct. I have checked and found that despite being now 10 days the packet is still undelivered.
Despite several calls to the courier service center; several emails to the email address on the courier website and reporting the non delivery to the franchise, the packet still remains undelivered.
Any courier service charges money so that letters can be delivered next day especially for NCR region. This case shows utter negligience, total lack of customer service, and gross deficiency in service by a courier company by not delivering the packet even after 10 days.
This was an important document and obviously by not reaching in time, will entail a loss for me.
I need the courier company to compensate me for the total negligience/deficiency in service.
