My courier was deleivered very late. It started on 29th dec 08 from Chandigarh and reached here on 4th jan 08. May I ask what kind of courier service is that. Moreover when I called up the branch office here the person named Santosh sitting there says it reached here on 31st but they had problem of getting inside my company and handing it over.
No one had the curtesy to atleast call me up and tell me that the courier has arrived and nor are they ready to take the blame.
Most horrible service, PATHETIC... I'll never reccomend.
