Self booked one catoon box weighing 10-15 kg parcel, from Proddatur, Kadapa - dist, A.P to Vijayawada, vide docket No. 220612, dt.11.05.09, But till now dt. 14.05.09, the same has not been reached the destination.
In this connection, the booking branch informed me that, it has already despatched from hyderabad the next day, and told to contact your Vijayawada Branch 0866-2570312, and by repeated calling it was known to me that the parcel has not arrived there, and told to call your Hyderabad Office, then I called your Hyderabad Office, costomer care and finally Parcel section at HYD 040-27812400.
From your Parcel section at HYD 040-27812400, It was been informed that, the parcel is still lying there. The reason I asked they denied to tell and told me to call the booking office only.
We are a regular constomer to your agency, But due to this I got fed. Please understand that the delivery of the parcel is within 250 Kms that to with in the state only. If the kind of service is like this, you can very well understand what kind of reaction to us will be. Due to urgency we have gone booking, but still now it has not reached, even if the same has been booked by post it might have reached. Please understand the urgency, and do the needful at the earliest, and confirm by return mail.
