We brought Onida TV from Panjagutta Bajaj electronics on Jan 1st 2008 after spending 16800/-
We paid the amount and the delivery was next day and after going home and reading reviews we found our coice is bad and we shld go for Onida as there are many compliants which are never addresed and hence we went to Bajaj and talked abt this and demanded our money back and he insisted saying we cant do as we alreday paind means we are in well from which we cannot come out and he was quiet rude on us. later he promised he will giv service if any problem and convined us saying he too own same TV and all.
Just after we switched the TV with Tata Sky we observed same problems that are mentioned in reviews and we are really upset
There are lines coming on TV and DVD player with TV has disturbances and also black patches on screen
Can we exchange or get our money back as it is not too long since we got this TV
Also can we raise issue in consumer court abt ONIDA which is selling products that are not tested properly and has very poor quality control process going on.
I strongly advise, suggest everyone not to go with any product relaetd to ONIDA
Every product has complaints that are never corrected or addressed
