Dear sir,
I purchased a fully automatic ONIDA HYDROMATIC 60FS model washing machine from BEA -coimbatore. They said it has a stainless steel drum so it wont get rusted completely, Its full product spec also they mentioned the same. After delivery of the fresh piece one part of the drum inside got completely rusted, So i felt i got cheated, And i am sure it is not a stainless steel drum. They are just cheating the customers with the inferior product quality. I have photos of the product. BEA also not tested before delivery and they are responsible for the inferior product delivery.
plz. help me how i can go about this...
