Hello everyone,

THIS MAY BE A BIG STORY TO READ BUT PLEASE SPEND SOME MINS TO AVOID SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE

* Hope everyone are Good but nobody will be fine if they have ONIDA product.

* The Big Mistake i ever made in my life is purchasing ONIDA product. Let me explain my problem

I bought a ONIDA WASHING MACHINE which was working fine only for 6 month (dont think its a big period). Fifteen days before one of the machine switch broken and i launched a complaint immediately, but people in ONIDA SERVICE CENTERS are more active once u launch a complaint immediately they will give a COMPLAINT NUMBER (i think they got a SUPER XXL computer) and they said within two days service engineer will FIXe issue (WOW).

I waited for three days (because i was waiting the second day for almost 8 hrs from morning to evening waiting for this... and i made almost 100 calls for this service center in which my bill payment roased to 2000 RS.

Huh atlast i really got irritated on 10th day and they said we will send an engineer at 3 pm. Dont think that they have send a engineer, he came next day at 6 pm and said sorry for the delay and he said the reason as too much traffic near my area (please dont laugh). I didnt respond to him and asked him to chk whts the problem. He said its the problem with the switch (great altast he found the problem which is at the top of the machine and it took almost 2 hrs to find the problem because he was inside the washing machine and the problem is outside in the switch (wht a engineer) really he is so brilliant.

Big comedy is he called one of his supervisor and said its a problem with the switch. The person in the other end said he has the stock and promised problem will be fixed tomorrow. As usual no one came the next day again i called the service people and shouted at him. He said we dont have a stock (wht a service) and big comedy is he also got tensed as off he called me. Today on 25th MOn 09 he said it takestwo days to get the SWITCH, climax scene is within five min again one of the service engineer from the same place he called me and said we will fix the issuetoday before 3pm (wht a miscommunication because he is calling from the same phone and same place, person called me is next to him. I think he has free PASS to go in a Aeroplane to his Head office which is in Delhi).

THIS MAY SOUND LAUGHING BUT I M REALLY HURTED, TIRED LOOSING SOME BUGS TO CALL THOSE GUYS. I BOUGHT THIS WASHING MACHINE PARTICULARLY FOR MY MOTHER TO AVOID HER WASHING CLOTH AS SHE IS SICK. BUT THIS GUYS MADE ME SICK NOW.

THIS IS MY STORY, HOPE EVERY GETS ONIDA PRODUCT?

WHO EVER READS PLEASE TAKE SEVERE ACTION ON THEM.
