We bought "Onida Power Convection 20 DLX" (http://www.truthatonida.com/beta/products/ovenprod.asp? prodid=217) about 8 months ago from Metro Cash and Carry. Compared to other products within this price range, this one fared better. After installation, Onida representative come home for a demo. We understood product feature and operations. This one worked very well for about 6 months.

After 6 months display stopped working. Complained to customer care, they did send someone for diagnostics within 2 days. The service person identified faulty circuit board, promised to replace it. It has been about a month and half, no action taken by the company. Finally, I had to escalate to Onida HQ 022-2820-0435. I wanted discuss issue with MD (CEO) - obviously he/she was busy, end-up talking to customer relation executive (?). Still waiting...
