I purchased onida washing machine FP160 from nearest dealer alliance marketing north parvur ernakulam dist on last december .now it is not working sensor switch complaint I registered complaint ON 3/10 .till now no response from ur cochin service centre (complaint no 6380110). From copany side service people say that spare is not avaliable, I did not belive there words So please take necessary steo to repair my washing machine
