We have a Onida washing machine which is almost 4 years old.
Outlet drain pipe was not functioning properly. We registered complaint. Onida service person came and made repair. but still water was flowing out of the top casing.
When i complained to the person, he said that we have to wait for one week and hat he would come again and correct it.
When no one turned or more than 1 month we have launched a fresh complaint again.
Nw they say that this wold be considered as a fresh complaint and would be charged seperatly also.
What should I do and how should I proceed on this?
