Onida/Window Ac
Faulty part not replaced even after 3 months (under warranty cover)

I have purchased a window A/c unit (ONIDA) 1.5 ton A/c this year in the month of March (21st) i have encountered an issue with the same the month of Sep' one of the technical person arrived and checked the same and stated that there seems to be an issue with PCB, which they are unable to replace till date (close to three months), every time I call them I get to hear some kind of story.
