Third Party Definintion failed

I have online SBI account in branch of SBI.Thais my salary account. I have another Home loan account of SBI. I want to add this account as my third party account. I falied to do so for last 5 months.

It was giving message like: Due to technical problems, we are unable to process your request currently.

I am fed with the issue. i have contacted the branch oofficials of Internet banking, they failed to give the service.

Please arrange the service as soon as possible.
