My self Hardeep Singh, I have applied my passport on 24.10.2006. My File No. is A 058378 & Key No. is 6505837806. Police verification have already sent to yr good office on 21.01.2008 through SSP Offce, Ludhiana,

After that I have personally visit to Chandigarh Office, & meet with Mr. Madan Lal (Deputy Officer). He has ensured me that u will received the passport within week's.

But Regret to say that I have n't received my passport till time,
