we are presently migrated from bsnl to airtel intercomm then again we converted from bsnl to airtel broadband this i am not satisfied with airtel because my problems are as follows:
1. I AM NOT ABLE TO LAUNCH A COMPLAINT SINCE WE INSTALLED AIRTEL
(COULD NOT SPEAK TO A CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE IT DISCONNECTS
AUTOMATICALLY OR ALWAYS ENGAGED TONE APPEARS (I THINK THEY KEEP CHATING
BECAUSE OF SO MANY COMPLAINTS POOR SERVICE)
2. WHEN A ENGG COMES TO ATTEND A CALL HE DOES NOT DO WORK HE CHATS
IN PHONE FOR A LONG TIME WHEN AN INCOMING
CALL COMES TO HIM THE RING TONE SHOUTS LOUDLY WHICH GIVES A LOT OF
IRRITATING AND THE WORSE WHEN THEY SPEAK LOUDLY THINKING AS IF THEY ARE IN
THEIR HOUSE
SO PLEASE INSTRUCT THEM THE BASIC BEHAVIOUR IN CUSTOMERS PLACE THIS IS
BECAUSE I TOO WORKED AS A SERVICE ENGG FOR 4YEARS I KNEW WHERE TO
SPEAK LOUDLY AND CALM IN OFFICIAL PLACES
