Non recieptof LPG cylinder on time and phone always busy

Dear Sir,

I Bipen Behari Lal Consumer No OP31049 of indian gas in O.P.GASS AGENCY, Nirman Vihar, Delhi-110092 booked the gas cylinder on 10-01-211 through net (no21 issued) after a gap of more then 10 days, till my gas cylinder is not delivered.phone no 22543244/22516717 of the said company is always busy.

Plz solve my prpblem early as possibale
