MY PF BALANCE IS NOT YET TRANSAFERRED FROM EARLIER CO SINCE LAST 5 YEARS

A) I worked with CITICORP OVERSEAS SOFT. LTD (Now Polaris) till March 31

b) Joined I-flex sol ltd (now Oracle Fin Serv. Soft Ltd) on April 01. Immediately on joining I gave request form for PF transfer to my new employer duly completed and submitted to Polaris

c) Since last 5 years my Pay roll dept is chasing the PF office to find out this balance to betransffered to my account but of no avail.

I request highest intervention from EPFO commissioner to resolve this at the earliest and to transfer the amount with all accrued interest
