Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to bring this to you kind notice that I (through my employer Oracle India, Hyderabad) requested to transfer my PF transfer from my Previous accounts KN/BN/19214/25253 (IBM India) and AP/29896/4494 (Intelligroup India) to KN/42357/13089 (Oracle India) RPFC, Bangalore. This is very surprising that this transfer of funds has not taken place till date though more than 18 Months have passed.

Please let me know what the status of my request.
